We understand that your business needs may change, or you may be dissatisfied with Alkai. In such cases, we encourage you to provide feedback to our customer support team and cancel your plan if necessary.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. From the Settings Page within Alkai, click "Manage subscription". You will be directed to a Stripe checkout page where you can select "Cancel Plan"
Your cancelation will take effect the day after the next billing date (you can continue to use Alkai until then). To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
